Hi, I'm Chris!
I have 6 years of personal training experience and 8 years in fitness. During that time completed a Bachelors in Exercise Science, and aquired certifications in NASM Personal Training, NASM Nutrition, and AdaptX Inclusive and Adaptive Fitness.
I started my fitness journey extremely underweight, and feeling a need to make a change. Since then I have progressed to gaining 80lbs of muscle, and improving my self confidence.
My goal is to help as many people as possible, and to date I have helped nearly 100 clients lose an average of 15+ lbs. I am dedicated to coaching individuals of all ages, sizes, abilities, and backgrounds. I am committed to coaching individuals in achieving any fitness goal, whether it be muscle gains, weight loss, maintaining strength and mobility, or any other objective they aspire to reach.
